Hilltop Hijinks Challenge

Our 'Hilltop Hijinks' Loch Lomond Team Building Challenge is a brilliant event. 

Your teams discover the incredible Loch Lomond landscape, as they get to grips with our scored off-road driving challenge, hilarious photographic challenges, and scavenger hunt on the hills and in the picturesque village of Luss. 

Team members will have the opportunity to get to know each other in a very different setting, as far removed as possible from the workplace, creating shared memories and enhanced bonds, ultimately leading to better cohesion in your teams.

We start with a welcome and briefing at your Loch Lomond venue of choice. We split the group into teams of up to 6 guests per team and equip them with our iPad with the challenge information, including the photographic challenges and scavenge hunt. 

Your teams will experience driving our iconic Land Rover Defenders, learning about the vehicles, and techniques for tackling steep inclines, declines and rock crawls, getting to the very top of the hills for spectacular views across Loch Lomond’s islands. We then add a competitive element to the driving, with points won for excellent driving, and deducted for mistakes. Our instructors are fantastic at getting the competitive spirit going in the vehicles and encouraging camaraderie.

Along the way, passing therough the forest on the off road driving section, your teams will come across our forest archery set-up where our instructors will put teams through their paces on this, the most ancient of skills. We often have teams going head to head, which makes for great bantter. 

We’ve a created a brilliant selection of photographic challenges, which must be captured along the way, and a scavenger hunt using our ipads, loaded up with our team building app. This forces your teams to create fantastic images with the most iconic landmarks and scenery around the area, enhancing their memories of the event. Teams also have the chance to get around the picturesque conservation village of Luss, in pursuit of photo challenges and scavenger hunt items. 

On returning to your chosen Loch Lomond venue, we collate the scores and do a funny prize giving with themed prizes for the winning team and runners up.
